• Network Data: The App fetches menu, hours, and news/event data from dining websites and APIs. Requests may include basic device and network information automatically sent by iOS (e.g., IP address).

How We Use Information

• To display nearby dining locations and distance-based sorting (if location permission is granted).
• To retrieve dining menus, hours, and updates.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
• Data is retrieved from public dining sources and cached locally on your device for faster access and offline viewing.

Data Storage

• Menu and hours data may be cached locally on your device.
• You can clear the App’s data by deleting the App.

Location Controls

• Location access is optional. You can use the App without location by denying permission in iOS Settings.

Children’s Privacy

• The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

• We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
